BHP Billiton mine development in Roxby Downs, South Australia is one of world’s largest uranium and copper mine and ore processing plant.

Waldheim supplied and installed a solar lighting system to illuminate the facility’s main entry gate sign. The completely solar powered lighting system incorporates sophisticated solar power management and operating systems to ensure 99% reliability and trouble free operation. The system has been running autonomously since mid 2007.
